When I realized the money I was saving for rent was redundant (work already took money out of paycheck coming for it), I knew what I would do. Shop. I brought all these nice work clothes to Japan only to discover they are way too hot and uncomfortable because it's just gross.
My purse also broke. Just broke. Strap snapped off, so I bought a new one :) It was necessary.
Dresses: cool and cute. Thankfully.
Cool, cute and modest outfits you got there! Covering up your shoulders seems very Japanese to me, you are ready to be a proper teacher now! ;)
ReplyDeleteCovering up everything feels like the way to go in Japan--I felt so exposed for a while! I never thought much of it! At least some of the younger women wear "Western" style exposure so on the weekends I'm good!
